Brian and Heather Kemper are co-owners of CNK Priority Properties. We started our business with a simple idea that we will provide clients the same level of high quality property management services that we would expect if we hired a company to manage our own rental property. As owners of rental property for nearly 20 years, we've seen "the Good, the Bad and the Ugly" and we use these experiences to guide our daily interactions with our clients. We believe it is this mindset and prior experience that sets CNK apart from the rest.
Heather is a licensed real estate broker and manages the day-to-day business at CNK. As lead Property Manager, she is the first point of contact for property owners and tenants and ensures that all issues are addressed in a timely manner and with high satisfaction. Prior to CNK, Heather gained valuable experience as a Project Manager in Ball State's Center for Community & Economic Development and as the Director of Constituent Services for the Lieutenant Governor's Office in the State of Indiana.
Brian provides strategic and business oversight at CNK and works with clients to execute on their financial objectives for their investment property. With his engineering background, he also takes the lead when CNK manages more significant updates or renovations to rental properties on behalf of our clients. Brian has 25 years of experience in healthcare, technology and consulting services and previously was Senior Director of the Health Solutions and Services group within Roche's $2B Diabetes Care business unit.
